Strength45 is a full-body at-home workout that utilizes dumbbells. This class takes you through a variety of exercises that challenge your muscles and gives you the good muscle burn that you love! Be ready to move and get your sweat on as this class is filled with exercises that will challenge you!

With training at-home, make your modifications when you need them. If you have more than one pair of dumbbells, get them ready as you can progress or modify when you’re ready. Don’t be afraid to grab heavier weights and challenge your body. You will be surprised what the mind can accomplish when you’re in the zone!

If at any point you need a breather, please make sure that you take your rest and continue when appropriate. If you become light-headed, take a seat or grab some water to help you come back down. There is nothing wrong with resting when needed, just make sure to come back! Don’t let any negative experience stop your fitness journey!
