Enjoy this complimentary Vinyasa Yoga session with instructor Vickie Kuchinski. This Vinyasa (β€œFlow”) class will awaken the body inside and out. This class will begin with Sun Salutations and guide you through a practice to open the heart, mind, and body to begin your day.

Vickie is a 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor and has been teaching and practicing yoga for over ten years. Vickie turned to yoga to alleviate depression and has been practicing ever since. When diagnosed with throat cancer in 2017, yoga played an integral part in her healing process; not only physically but emotionally and physiologically.
